What to expect?
An informative two-hour discussion on good nutrition and improving your general health, memory and energy levels.
To sample therapeutic grade essential oils. Some of these are applied to the bottom of the feet, so give them a wash and come minus any perfume so that we can all enjoy the magic aroma of the oils.
To learn how therapeutic grade essential oils may assist in the first aid management of health problems such as: -
- Cuts, infections, bleeding wounds, minor burns, bites and stings.
- Poor memory, poor sleep, nerve related or neurological disorders.
Tiredness, lack of energy and/or blood sugar imbalance. - Low immune function or health issues relating to bacterial, viral, fungal or parasite infections.
- Headaches, migraines, stiff neck, tight muscles or back pain.
- Arthritis symptoms, inflamed joints and/or ligament pain.
Respiratory infections, of an acute and chronic nature. Better nutrition for preconception health care (both mum and dad), pregnancy, breastfeeding and children. Do you ever feel the need for more Motivation or Inspiration to Release an Abundance of Joy into your life? Are unresolved issues relating to Trauma, Forgiveness or Acceptance of past life experiences stopping you moving into the Present Time with Humility and Gratitude? Is reaching your Highest Potential in life just a Sensation lacking Grounding and Clarity or reducing Hope and self-Belief in Catching onto your Dreams? When Respiratory Congestion or lack of Immune Power prevents adequate liver Purification, viruses, bacteria, fungi and parasite "Thieves" rob the body of energy and Valor, forcing your Inner Child to Surrender to superbugs. Whilst super bugs might be trying to take over the world, science has discovered that they cannot develop a resistance to therapeutic grade essential oils. This is because each batch of plants harvested will have a slight variation in the hundreds of constituents that are in essential oils.
Therapeutic grade essential oil blends are formulated to assist with emotional and physical issues. I have found them very useful in clinical practice and for general family use.
Therapeutic grade essential oils and personal care products make excellent Christmas, birthday or anytime presents for that special person or you. It is my pleasure to help you choose an essential oil or oil blend to suit an individual or a special occasion.
I have found that diffusing essential oils has made a delightful difference to the aroma in the kitchen and bedroom, my personal favourite being a blend called Joy - for joy and happiness. I combine this with another blend called Thieves to keep the environment clean and help prevent disease. If a sore throat or head cold threatens, I use more Thieves oil, or use a blend called RC - for respiratory congestion, with the addition of some Purification or Immuno Power to keep the germs at bay.

Time: We start at 1.00pm and wind-up around 3.00pm. A morning tea is provided using a selection of recipes from my book A WAKE UP CALL.
